Architectural Services follow the basis of RIBA stages from Plan of Work (For more information please refer to RIBA Publication- “A Client’s Guide to Engaging an Architect”)
The plan outlines typical services from feasibility, design, planning and listed/conservation consent, building control, tender documentation, construction and completion stages. We also offer partial stage services

Interior Design Services

Interior Design Services are offered as a service that can run with or separately from the Architectural Brief.

Sustainability Design is applied where possible and an integral part of the approach

 

Planning & Listed Building Consent

Planning & Listed Building Consent -Preparation, submission and monitoring of planning and listed building applications for Conservation, repair and restoration- Historical research and analysis- Qualitative assessment of architectural merit to bring these buildings into modern use.

Planning Appeals – Where required, research and preparation of additional documentation for making an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate

Specialist Consultant Services

Specialist Consultant Services ensuring that before tender information is produced so that the design is coordinated with other designers, such as but not limited to, Structural, Services engineers, Energy consultants, Rights of light/daylight penetration, Acousticians, Approved Inspectors and so on. We also provide services to review other projects for design content and proficiency, as well as providing design management services.

 

Project and Site Management Services

Project and Site Management Services – Construction: Post tender or during site construction additional information may be required as Construction Details, Specifications or schedules.

Project Administrator & Sign Off

Project Administrator & Sign Off, to confirm that the Client is satisfied with provided services and the delivery of the project and leading to issuing of the final completion certificates.

Our Process

Gathering information and assess requirements across the board, leading to the development of strategies and initial design options. Developing ideas into clear options with client preference check lists and other consultant’s input and market appraisal.

Leading to a selected design being developed in more detail for client approval and following finalised design for the proposal to be sent out for tender negotiation.

Following appointment of contractor or contractors, site activities are monitored to control quality, costs and programme duration. leading to project completion and issuing of warranties and Building Control Approval.
