Complete remodelling and upgrading with a full plot width ground floor rear extension, to create a larger kitchen dinner and family room remodeled other internal rooms’ layouts and circulation and added a room in the roof void.

We developed the design in relation to neighboring rights of light and overshadowing and overlooking issues.  As the original interior was quite dark, daylight penetration studies were measured and led to new internal layouts for the ground floor and installation of skylights.  

We also redesigned layouts to allow for more bedrooms to have ensuite bathrooms, without sacrificing the amount of bedrooms the property has.
