The project created a new rear extension for kitchen diner/ breakfast room and roof dormer for master bedroom with ensuite, all other rooms were remodelled.
The 2 bedroom property had been poorly laid out with a rear ground floor bathroom extension that was little more than an enlargement of the original external WC.
It also had insufficient daylight to the basement kitchen access was very restricted being very narrow with a steep stair and low head height.
The kitchen was moved to a new rear extension and to avoid changing the main circulation stairs from ground to 1st another access was created through the kitchen to the basement.
