An example of a quick feasibility study produced to assist a Client in bidding for a highly desirable building plot in Richmond.
The bid was judged by both the Health authority selling the land and the LPA.
The criteria for analysis was on both design within a conservation area, density of use, overlooking etc. as well as land bid costs and social housing contribution.
The proposal was to develop 1 two storey and 7 three storey town houses with gardens.
The LPA and vendor greatly approved and favoured the proposed design, however our client were outbid on land value and proposed social housing contributions.
