The brief was to create a new residential development on a brownfield site in London. DJADS offered the Client a range of potential developments according to planning and cost/profit requirements.

The luxury 3000 ft2 single property over four floors is designed to be flexible in use;- home gym and sauna, home cinema, home office and very generous social areas, bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large ancillary studio block,.
The design creates a hidden warm expansive social area over two floors overlooking an enclosed secret courtyard garden allowing daylight and fresh air movement into all spaces.
All areas incorporate contemporary interiors and furniture as well as the latest Smart Home Technology. A subtle division wall system allows separation of spaces for separate activity areas or as large open social areas.
