The Splice site is within the borough of Hackney.
The proposal was to create a creative Art Hub & Media facility that will be used by various areas of the community.
The use of the building is broken down to Two Zones :-
1. Public-open forum- show and tell-drop in creative hub
2. Established businesses- creative hub
At night time local individual artists or groups from the local academy or area can show their work.
