An example of a quick feasibility study produced to assist a Client in bidding for a highly desirable building plot in Richmond. The bid was judged by both the authority selling the land and the LPA. The criteria for analysis was on both design within a conservation area, density of use, overlooking etc. as well as land bid costs and social housing contribution. The site was proposed to have developed 7 three storey and 1 two storey town houses. The LPA and vendor approved of the proposed design but our client was outbid on land value and proposed social housing contributions.
