The Client wanted a new ground floor ‘shop front’ to be built to meet Islington’s conservation area design guidelines. They also wanted to reconfigure their internal spaces and add an additional storey. They developed the loft to allow for open space with ensuite WC/Little Shower room. A new family bathroom and utility area was incorporated into where the storage rooms were on the floor below.
