The brief was to create a new residential development on a brownfield site in Richmond .
DJADS offered the Client a range of potential developments according to planning and cost/profit requirements. To meet planning and local environmental restrictions meant we coordinated a team of specialist consultants to prepare supporting evidence for what was a contentious application.
Designs were developed from two bedroom duplexes with integral garages and a mews house, though to three duplex apartments and an office before agreeing on a 3000 ft2 single property over four floors. The luxury property is designed to be flexible in use, currently set out with: – bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a large ancillary studio block, home gym and sauna, home cinema, home office and very generous social areas.
